OUR MISSION

Common Ground Coffee Chat exists to bridge divides by creating spaces for honest, respectful conversations between people with different backgrounds, beliefs, and experiences. We believe that while it's easy to stay within circles that look, think, and live like us, true growth happens when we step outside of our comfort zones. Through guided dialogue, we foster empathy, uncover shared values, and remind one another that what unites us is greater than what divides us.
